Scunthorpe based company HBP Systems are putting their new premises to good use in 2008 with a series of B2B events focused on a range of topics to assist business growth.

HBP Systems will soon be celebrating their first year’s anniversary at their new premises on Woodhouse Road, Scunthorpe which houses a large conference room and a number of training rooms that are perfect for holding events. These events are aimed at both HBP Systems’ existing customers as well as growing and ambitious companies in the local area..

The first of these events will be the “Planning for CRM Success” event which will be focused on the benefits and selection issues in choosing the correct Customer Relationship Management software – a package that monitors and manages documents and contacts to improve the retention of existing customers and the acquisition of new ones. The seminar will be run in conjunction with the experts from Prospectsoft, the world’s leading CRM software, and will take place on Wednesday 5th March at 9.30am.

The Prospectsoft seminar will be closely followed on the 26th March by a day centring around Avaya telephone systems. This event will show how the new generation of digital telephone systems can help any business by improving voice and data communications whilst reducing costs. Attendees will be able to see the capabilities of an IP phone system in action as specialists from HBP and Avaya give presentations and demos throughout the day.

In addition to these two upcoming events HBP Systems will also be offering specialist events for businesses in the Construction Industry, users of Iris Exchequer Enterprise accounts software and Student Unions.

HBP’s dedication to helping their customers was also rewarded recently when they received a double award from Kamarin Computers, winning both the 2007 Reseller of the Year award in the UK and being awarded KCPOS Diamond Partner Status for their work as a reseller for Kamarin Computers’ EPOS system.
