Scunthorpe based company HBP Systems completed a quartet of Business Growth Workshops on Wednesday March 5th with their ‘Planning for CRM Success’ day. The workshops gave local companies the opportunity to study business growth techniques, and ways of successfully implementing a Customer Relationship Management system.
The event itself took for the form of an informal workshop in which attendees were able to brainstorm and discuss business growth ideas, as well as interacting with experts from Prospectsoft, the UK’s number one supplier of CRM systems, with whom HBP Systems have worked with to provide this series of Business Growth Workshops. With experts from HBP Systems and Prospectsoft on hand, both the sessions and the breaks were full of networking opportunities and growth ideas for the attendees.
The workshop provided businesses with real actionable ideas that could aid their business growth, as well as demonstrating how CRM technology could help to achieve these growth strategies. With case studies of successful projects and a full CRM demonstration on show, the workshop proved extremely valuable to all who attended.
