HBP Systems employs dedicated Customer Care Managers. Part of this service involves the regular gathering of information and customer feedback.

During the company's accredited training over twenty staff were trained in using, installing and supporting our software. This commitment to the software has continued through the years with all departments within HBP having the necessary regular update training to maintain their knowledge
and our accredition. The evidence of this training can be seen displayed on the walls in our Scunthorpe head office.

Project Management

Whether you deal with HBP for ProspectSoft, integrated manufacturing and accounting solution or a multi-user network, the most important aspect of implementing a new system is the planning and organisation to ensure that everything goes smoothly. Our Projects and Installation department is made up of Microsoft and Novell trained engineers to install hardware and networks, and trained, qualified project executives to install and manage your installation. This combination ensures that during all the stages of your installation you have the peace of mind it is being handled by a qualified and experienced team.
