John and his team provide a central point of liaison for all customer projects. Coordinating all internal teams and necessary paperwork, John oversees the smooth running and deployment of projects. Keeping our customers in the loop and updated with project progress is paramount to our outstanding customer service.
Technical Services Manager
Rachelle heads up the support and installations side of our business by managing the IT and software support teams. She aims to ensure that our service level agreement is met and that we are constantly looking to offer the best service possible as well as working closely with Tony to develop our offering in the future.
Software Support Team Leader
Similar to Ryan, Jo’s position oversees the Software Support teams. Her knowledge and experience in supporting accounts software makes her perfectly positioned to mentor and coach her team. Her time in her role makes Jo one of the most accomplished supporters in the UK.
IT Support Team Leader
Ryan facilitates our award-winning IT Support team by monitoring and supporting our customer service goals whilst providing an escalation route for customer queries. Ryan gets involved in IT Support takeovers and handovers with the Ops team to provide a seamless transition for new and existing customers.
Support Team Manager
Matt heads-up the EPOS and Connected Services support team. Maintaining our excellent customer service feedback record, Matt’s team offers our customers other benefits specific to their industries – such as Weekend Support for our EPOS customers, and more technical support and liaison for bespoke development and customisation requests.
Tony oversees all operational aspects of the business to make sure that our high levels of customer services are achieved at all times. With a strong focus on customer satisfaction, he develops our product strategy, the processes we use to deliver projects and looks to enhance the customer experience in all areas.
Phil’s key responsibilities lie in the areas of sales and marketing, ensuring that we promote our wide range of products and services to local organisations. He also supports the sales and account management teams to help build long term relationships with our customers.
