Specialising in EPOS and Tourist Attraction Software, HBP Systems, part of The HBP Group, are looking for an EPOS Software Support Analyst who is organised, trustworthy, reliable and passionate about making a difference within our organisation.
In this role you will be working within our existing Support Team to deliver excellent service to our customers by supporting their queries with using our software that is relied on by some one of the country’s best known tourist attractions such as Eden Project, Peppa Pig World and RAF Museum.
This role is based from our Peterborough office, supporting our customers remotely whilst we support you and your progression through training tracks suited to your personal development.
