One such service is our Proactive Essential Maintenance offering which was created to maintain our Customers IT Infrastructure. This uses a pre-agreed list of Health Checks & Updates which are delivered on a scheduled interval as well as using our skills and knowledge to work with our customers on internal IT Projects, Business changes and Future IT Plans.
We are looking for a Customer Service driven IT Professional to join our IT Team in delivering these Proactive services. The ideal candidate will be someone who enjoys working with customers to achieve a common goal and collaborating with other teams such as our IT Support Team & Account Management throughout. Having a passion for IT & Technology to help our customers realise the potential in their IT Systems.
This role is a mix of On site and Remote working with the majority of customer sites being within the radius of our Head office based in Scunthorpe and can be an Office based or Home base role when working remotely.
