In reality this response time is well under 30 minutes and if you choose to phone our support desk the average wait time is less than 2 minute. All calls are dealt with by a Microsoft accredited engineer too, so you’ll always get through to someone who can help.

This means that you’ll get a response within 15 minutes and we’ll assign an engineer (or engineers) to solve the issue ASAP.
