Physical and Virtual Backups

Depending on your network set up we offer a range of solutions to back up your servers to our reliable removable media storage systems. Rather than using data tapes, which are unreliable, we recommended removable hard drives which can store significant amounts of data and are both robust and reliable.

Physical or Cloud Backup

We can set up a regular backup routine for you to back up all of your important business data.

Virtual Server Backup

If you run virtual servers then we can also provide solutions for this. See the video on this page for more information.

Backup Hardware

Our removable disk solutions are reliable, robust and faster than standard backup tapes.

24/7 Remote Monitoring

Backup processed failed? Don’t worry. With our 24/7 monitoring service we’ll know before you do.

Microsoft Gold Partner

As a Gold Partner you can be confident in the skills and experience our whole team has.

Altaro Elite Partner

We recommend Altaro for any virtual server backups for both Hyper-V and VMware.

Service Level Agreement

Our SLA is simple – 1 hour response time, 8 hour fix time and all system critical issues are escalated.

Frequently Asked Questions

Frequently asked questions surrounding Business Continuity Plans

How often should I backup my server?

As a minimum we recommend that a backup takes places once a day – usually overnight, but certainly outside of working hours wherever possible.

How quickly can my server be restored?

Depending on the amount of data you need to restore this can take minutes but it could take hours or even days.

We recommend having a Business Continuity Plan in case any serious cases of data loss take place, that way you can fully understand how long the restore process will take, have it fully tested and create a priority list of data or systems that need to be up and running first.

I’ve deleted a file my mistake, can I get it back?

Yes! As long as the media was changed in the back up device then you should always be able to access the version of any file from the previous night’s backup.
