Whether it’s a complete IT overhaul for a new customer, or new installations and upgrades for an existing customer, all projects are thoroughly planned and managed. For any project, you will be assigned an experienced Implementation Project Manager and an Internal Project Co-ordinator. These members of HBP staff will ensure the smooth running of any project and liaise with you throughout it.
All customers of HBP Systems will be assigned an experienced and dedicated Account Manager. They will be a key point of contact before and after any project. Your Account Manager will be specialised in the solution(s) HBP Systems provides you and will be available to answer any queries you may have. Your Account Manager will also schedule a time for regular Account Management Meetings, where they will come to your site and discuss with you any new updates or requirements.
Your IT systems are critical to the productivity within your business. Our Support Team follows an SLA to respond to all support enquiries within one hour, and if it is possible to fix the issue within eight hours, then it definitely will be. Currently, this average at a ten-minute response time and sixteen-minute fix time. In the event of a fix-time ever exceeding our SLA, your issue will be escalated to our Senior Support Engineers.
All our support customers will be provided access to our exclusive customer portal, NetHelpDesk. Through this, customers can easily log and track their own support tickets, as well as submit feedback on their experience which, is reviewed and actioned by HBP every day.
PEM is a support service that involves continuous remote monitoring management on a customer’s network and servers. Our PEM customers will have regular remote monitoring and maintenance carried out on their network to ensure it is always running at an optimum level. If any required onsite support or maintenance is identified, this will then be immediately actioned. PEM as a service means we can resolve issues before they can become problems, or before you even know they exist.
As well as being Cyber Essentials accredited, we are also a Cyber Essentials awarding body. This means as well as designing you the strongest cybersecurity defences for your business; we can also officially endorse you for it. Cyber Essentials certification is an acknowledgment from the U.K Government that you have the best security measure and practices in place to secure your business and your customers’ data.
