Our Sage 200 Support can be provided in various ways, and our Sage 200 Support team on hand 9-5 to provide support that ensures you get the most out of your Sage solution. We can offer support over the phone, via remote connection allowing our support staff to visualise your system and show you how to fix your queries or alternatively we carry out on-site support when and if required.
All our support staff are AAT accredited and undertake a range of Sage specific training courses to ensure they're up to date and knowledgeable on the system. We pride ourselves in investing in our staff and ensure that they not only know Sage, but they understand accounting and business requirements so they can speak to you like humans rather than robots following a script!
Yes! We can offer you onsite Sage 200 training that meets your requirements, whether they be bespoke or generic. None of our training sessions are the same and consultants will assess your training requirements prior to coming onsite, speaking with you and collaborating with our support team to assess your needs. We then train on your requirements as opposed to training you on areas of the system that you will likely never use.
