Internal IT Support Engineer
(Too Late – Position Filled)

We’re on the lookout for an Internal IT Support Engineer to support our growing business from our Head office in Scunthorpe. Our business has gone through an exciting period of change and growth and are now looking to grow our team to help our continued expansion.

You will be working as part of a talented IT support team, being responsible for supporting the internal IT systems of a leading IT support company across 4 locations in the UK. You must have previous experience of working in a fast-paced, skilled position so that you can slot into the team seamlessly and offer an exceptional level of support to our staff. You will manage and support IT infrastructure across our base, which involves supporting our own data centre environment and carrying out internal projects with the roll-out of new technology throughout the company.

We are looking for a candidate who is willing to not only grow within their own role but also to help upskill the team around them as well by sharing their knowledge and expertise.

About You

You have a passion for IT, and a thirst for knowledge. You are equally passionate about helping people and delivering quality Customer Service. You are open-minded and optimistic, with great communication skills.

  • Windows Servers 2008-2016
  • Exchange Server
  • SBS 2008-2011
  • Virtualisations Solutions (Hyper V & VM Ware)
  • Office 365
  • IT Hardware (Servers and Desktops)
  • Advanced Switching & Routers
  • Security Solution (Anti-Virus, UTM’s, Encryption, MDM etc)
  • Backup solution (on Premise and Cloud)
  • Ideally Microsoft accredited or equivalent
