Specialising in IT Solutions and Accounts Software, the HBP Group are looking for an Operations Administrator who is organised, trustworthy, reliable and passionate about making a difference within our organisation.

In this role you will be working in a key role, dealing with the sales team, customers, engineers, consultants and suppliers, responsible for coordinating all projects through to completion.

Operations Administrator

The Role

The sucessful candidate will form a key position within the Operations team and be an itegral part in our projects, acting as the central point of contact for all staff and customers. Accuracy of data and up-to-the-minute liaison is fundamental to the Operations Administrator role, providing the best customer service possible.

Responsibilities

Within this role some of the key things you will be responsible for are:

  • Managing and processing orders from our sales team.
  • Ensuring all orders are accurate and comply with our company policies.
  • Maintaing liaison with customers regarding each stage of their project.
  • Supporting and co-ordinating engineers and consultants.
  • Giving the best customer service possible.

Qualifications & Experience

  • GCSE or equivalent in English and Maths (Required).
  • Strong administration experience and a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
  • Time spent in either a business or an administration role, ideally 2 years.
  • Experience or a strong interest in either Hardware, Software or EPOS products.
