The accreditation is a testament to HBP’s Microsoft competencies which are standards set to help resellers meet their customers’ expectations. Currently, the IT provider has 3 Gold and 2 Silver Microsoft competencies. Additionally, HBP’s standards of customer service and the 30 Microsoft qualifications attained by its engineers, helpdesk staff and account managers, have also attributed to this significant industry achievement of 13-years.
